We've seen its 1/6 scale Movie Masterpiece Series Tony Stark and a line of Cosbaby figures, but Hot Toys had been keeping its other Iron Man 3 offerings relatively close to the arc-reactor-filled chest... until today. New images of the 1/6th scale Iron Patriot Limited Edition Collectible Figurine from the Iron Man 3 MMS Diecast Series have arrived, giving collectors their first real look at what Hot Toys can do with IM toys when they add a little (or, in this case, quite a bit of) metal. Bearing the likeness of IM3 star and former War Machine Don Cheadle, the metallic/plastic figure includes light-up functions and a rotatable machine gun mounted on its back. According to HT this figure is just the tip of the ironburg, so fans can expect to see a whole lot more Diecast Series IM3 figures on the road to the film's May 3 release. Pricing and availability info haven't surfaced just yet, but fans can likely expect to pay around HT's usual $200-300 when this figure drops, although the diecast factor may be a game changer.
