In her professional life, animator
Anand Duncan has worked with a variety of styles, providing animation and design for everything from the Lynyrd Skynyrd animated pre-show to
Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law to the bright colors and geometric figures of
The Mr. Men Show. In her personal work, Duncan plays with a similar stylistic versatility, drawing up dramatic fashion plates, retro color stylings of lady astronauts and mermaids, and well dressed zoo animals who look ready for their own feature film. But they're all linked by a careful and playful attention to fashion, so that everyone from the proud centaur to the superhero Red Riding Hood gets a nice set of clothes.
Duncan also runs
Bunny Kingdom, a site where budding artists can connect. You can see more of her portfolio on
her website and follow her latest pieces on
her blog.
