I'm a fan of any kind of artistic mashup or homage that involves The Simpsons, so I'm easy to impress in that regard. That said, even by those standards this Spider-Man themed Simpsons piece, by artist Terry Ververgaert, is fantastic. Some of the choices -- Mr. Burns as the Vulture, Groundskeeper Willie as Kraven -- are obvious, but others are really impressive. Particularly, Rainier Woflcastle as Tombstone and Ralph Wiggum as Sandman made me smile, and the perpetually unlucky Milhouse as Spider-Man is perfect. Check out a larger version after the cut.
