One of the most highly acclaimed comics of 2012, Image's revival of
Prophet has come at a seemingly perfect time. Between books like
Saga,
Spaceman, and upcoming series such as
Collider and
Trillium, sci-fi comics have seen a bit of a renaissance over the past few years, and
Prophet has certainly played a large role. Written by
Brandon Graham and with a rotating cast of artists --
Simon Roy, Farel Dalrymple, Giannis Milonogiannis, and Graham himself -- the continued success of books like
Prophet hopefully portends an even stronger future for sci-fi comics in the industry.
Out next Wednesday is
Prophet #33, written by Graham and with art by Roy.
Image Comics has provided ComicsAlliance with a six page preview, which you can check out after the cut.
