I missed the Quantum Superman from Superman Beyond. Well, not really, but it's nice to see that Morrison had already this in mind by the time Final Crisis was rollin.

Not trying to be a whiner here, but I am concerned as to why Morrison has been comparing/pushing this segment of the Multiversity project as his response to Watchmen. There's always been a creative rivalry between his work and Moore, but I feel pushing it so much can only hurt the finished product's reception.
In specific, the design element of having the same symbol on [what I assume is] Capt. Atom's head feels like a too ‘on the nose’ cue.
I’m looking forward to these stories, but the more I hear about PAX Americana in specific, the more worried I am Morison is working to a misguided goal.

This is probably going to be very interesting, at least, but I'm still bummed from seeing Ted Kord and thinking he was coming back, only to find out it's essentially an Elseworld version where he's (likely) basically a different character.

I see he carefully planned the page, so why does it look like a layout model from a Drawing Anatomy book? And doesn't look like the Watchmen Dr M, more like....Miracleman.

Is he Dr. Giraffe-hatten?
