Following up its line of Batman: Arkham Asylum action figures, Square Enix is set to put its stamp on its video game sequel, Batman: Arkham City, with new Play Arts Kai versions of Batman and Catwoman. Recently debuting on Square Enix's Japanese online store, the individual figures are currently available for preorder for ¥5,800, which is about $73 USD, (although most preorder sites in the US are charging about $60 a pop). Expected to ship in November, the figures carry on the Play Arts Kai line's signature 9ish" scale, bear abundant articulation and come packed with alternate hands, heads and character-specific accessories. This new Batman is a little less Bulky than his Arkham Asylum predecessor and features a more angular cape, which should suit collectors seeking new styles of swoopiness.
