Demonstrating exquisite taste well beyond his years, a young Hellboy fan called Zachary asked the Make-a-Wish Foundation to help him realize his dream of meeting Mike Mignola's infernal investigator of the paranormal. Make-a-Wish, which serves children with life-threatening illnesses, hooked up with effects house Spectral Motion, who worked with actor Ron Perlman to reprise his makeup-heavy role from Guillermo del Toro's two Hellboy films and give Zach an introduction he'll never forget.

Using more forethought than we would have, Zachary, who we understand has been battling leukemia, also asked Spectral Motion to help him become Hellboy himself. Brilliant idea, and you can see the awesome photos below.
