I am a big Batman fan however he seems to have drawn Robin as some kinda downsyndrome midget? Whats that all about? Robin is the archetypal sidekick and deserves better.

Bill Finger has never been properly credited for his role as the co-creator of Batman. Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely should be disgusted by themselves. Anyone who writes, or has ever written for Batman has no ethics and doesn't care one bit about creators rights. Comics Alliance, you should be ashamed of yourselves for running a story celebrating such ethical rot.

I can't wait for Season 2 of Batman Inc., part of what's probably my favorite Batman run of all-time. My only real worry is that trying to force it into the "New 52" status quo is going to completely mess-up the last chapter of a 6 year, 70+ issue story.
I liked so much of what Inc. was doing, from Oracle and her army of Batbots, to Dick Grayson as Batman and the Dick and Damian bat-team, to the world-wide range of characters. Heck, I even really liked the Inc. costume.
I'm sure that I'll enjoy the heck out of the second half of Batman Inc. but I also think I'll always have to regard it with an asterisk and wonder how it would have been different if Morrison had been allowed to complete his original plan.
I wholeheartedly co-sign every single word in this comment [nitpick] though I kinda missed the trunks on the Bruce Wayne Batman costume [/nitpick].

April 25 2012 at 1:23 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI never understood why people thought that Batman Inc. was a good idea in the first place. It seems to A. make the whole "secret identity" thing a total joke. One does not need to be Tim Drake to put two and two together with "batman, inc". B. It may have made sense with the whole "2 batmen" period of pre-new52, but its entire purpose seems to be missing without Dick also wearing the cowl. C. It takes batman out of his setting, the setting that, as Snyder has pointed out, is as much a part of Batman as the man behind the cowl and the cowl itself.
