I'm still fascinated by anything using the 3D style animation, but so far I'm enjoying the story on the new TV series, too.
I also used GL in my Masonic webcomic at http://snc.smackjeeves.com/comics/1452523/snc20120324/ , so I'm going to have to stop my MickyD's and get that ring!
The little mask-and-ring combo is pretty rad. I would have loved to get that as a kid (I was perpetually wearing a Superman cape or Batman pajamas for most of my early childhood, and some variety would have been nice). Good to see children are actually still encouraged to use their imaginations from time to time.

March 26 2012 at 12:37 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI watched a few episodes, don't care much for the show. For a DCAU show this one is pretty weak in my opinion. I don't care for Razer, the Red Lanterns aren't as menacing as they should be, and Kilowog is annoying /: oh well. I gave it a shot at least.
March 26 2012 at 10:32 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyOverall I agree it's weaker than Young Justice, but I seem to like it a little more with each episode, so I'm going to keep trying.

March 26 2012 at 11:30 AM Report abuse Permalink +1 rate up rate downIt's not a DCAU show, at least from everything I've heard and seen; it's its own continuity.
March 26 2012 at 12:08 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyYup, totally not set in the DC Animated Universe. Unless OP was using "DCAU" to refer to any DC/WB animated show in general, regardless of it being set in the DCAU.
