The Legend of Zelda Oracle of Time makes me WISH that WAS ACTUALLY a REAL animated Legend of Zelda television series on TV. That was BEYOND splendidly epic. I can't stop watching it.
As for the Battlepug; I just wish that Turner/ Cartoon Network would get the guys behind the new ThunderCats to develop a NEW He-Man and the Masters of the Universe TV show.
I appreciate you linking to Russ's Buzzfeed reposts of the comparison scans I took for my "Stephen Gammell vs. Bret Helquist" article, but if you could, maybe please link to the original article instead?
There's lots of commentary that I wrote in addition to the comparison images, and this way I get author credit and the source gets the pagehits. There's a link back to the source article on Buzzfeed, but you know, most people wold never click that.
It's in my original article, but folks might be even MORE depressed to know that Harper Collins has taken the original Gammell editions out of print entirely, now. Volumes of the hardback Treasury edition are currently going for some outrageous prices on the aftermarket (where a year ago they were being clearanced for $5 bucks a piece at book stores).
