'Batman: Arkham City' Series 2 Action Figures Coming From DC Direct in April

The second series of Batman Arkham City action figures from DC Direct will slip the Caped Crusader into his patented "Detective Mode" before setting him against all new (and all-plastic) versions of Hush and Jervis Tetch: The Mad Hatter. These three figures join Catwoman and the Riddler, who were shown in October at New York Comic Con, bringing the 4.25-6.75" tall second series to a relatively hearty (for DC Direct) five characters strong. Set to arrive in stores on April 25, the new characters join the first wave of Arkham City figures coming December 28, that will include an unmasked Batman, Harley Quinn and Robin. Sure I could nitpick about these, and many other figure replicas out there.
I still think they're all pretty tight. Love to get all of them.

My favorite figure of these is definatly the Riddler, though he REALLY needs his glasses to make it perfect

I'll at least buy the Mad Hatter. And I *want* to get Catwoman, but am praying that they'll do some fine tuning to her face between now and the figures' release.

Still, what I'm really hopeful for are figures of Ra's Al Ghul and Talia, as I loved the design of Ra's in the game. It was a nice departure from the usual "battle mode" that we see for him, ie: simply taking off his shirt.

I hate to say this, but Catwoman's figure is kinda terrible. Her face is disproportionately large for her head. The blush also should be less intense, it's distracting and appears rather garish. I don't like it.

I never cared for any of the designs from the Arkham games anyway. Although I do appreciate it has its own distinct style, I just don't care for it. The only characters that looked well done were Riddler and Harley.

Also hate... hate... HATE that Penguin has that sort-of cockney accent in Arkham City. The Cobblepots have a long and storied history in Gotham, right next to the Waynes and Elliots. Why is he suddenly British in the game?

That was the one major thing which bugged me, not just they seemingly changed his nationality. But why if you're going to make him English would you use an actor who went to the Dick Van Dyke school for regional accents?

I'm kind of surprised they're doing a "Hush" figure so early, given his low profile in the game.

I'm really pumped for his involvement in the next game. He walked right out of batmans hands in the second and swore he would ruin Wayne.

Normally I have an aversion to Hush, but he could make a fun villain with Conroy doing the voice. If nothing else, it would be cool to see a dangling plots from AC carried over in the sequel.
