First thing to make X-23 seem like a character worth reading. Sounds fun, might give it a try.

This looks hilariously awesome and I want this to go on forever.

I thought it was just that it was so obvious no one felt the need to point it out

"...as you can see from the cover detail above is an homage to the fan-favorite 1980s film, Adventures in Babysitting."
That cover's cute.

November 14 2011 at 11:38 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyGrade-A parenting there. Let your young children be babysat by a rather violent and ruthless girl who is - or at least was - part of the X-Men's secret and highly violent group (X-Force).
Awesome!
To be fair, X-23's probably not as dangerous as she could have been after all the growing up she has done of late... Valeria's the little genius who (as of now) has no concept of acceptable boundaries, and Franklin's an omega level power who gets very restless :P
November 14 2011 at 11:37 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI dunno, Marvel people tend to have a history of letting kids hang out with Wolverine, a violent and ruthless man who actually ran X-Force.
My theory is that it was last minute dinner plans and Squirrel Girl was busy.
I'm not actually a fan of any of the characters.... but put all together, this could win me over. Especially with the artwork
