It may not be the full pilot that was screened for fans at Comic-Con, but a leaked trailer for Fox's would-have-been TV series based on Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez's IDW horror comic Locke & Key has made its way online. Super Hero Hype spotted a Tweet by pilot writer Josh Friedman, who confirms that it's a real pilot, "made by Fox for advertisers months ago (obviously before they decided not to pick us up)." Friedman also goes on to debunk the possibility of the series' return. Hill echoed a similar sentiment, though with further optimism Tweeting, "And, finally, there is no reason to think yet that the pilot will be released or the show produced, but stranger things have happened."
