Step 1: get a corset.
Step2: that's basically it.

August 08 2011 at 2:22 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyWhat? You couldn't find any hot guys?!
August 08 2011 at 1:17 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI have to say I would totally wear that Iron Man dress. It's just so cute! And the first Wonder Woman dress is also really cute, it's like fifties housewife, but Wonder Woman.
August 08 2011 at 1:02 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyWhile it's nice you credited the photographers, I would be more interested in the identities of the costumers. Knowing who the models were would also be nice, though I can imagine in some cases they may prefer privacy from Internet trolls or stalkers. But the artists who create the costumes surely deserve to be recognized!
August 08 2011 at 1:00 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyUnfortunately, almost all of the models/seamstresses weren't identified within the photos, which happens quite often in convention photos. I tried tracking them down on various cosplay and crafting forums, but to no avail.
With that said, if anyone has any more info on the ladies or clothing featured here, let me know :)
The girl in the Iron Man dress is cosplayer and fantasy model, Panda Valentine. Can't help with the rest of them, sorry!

Hate it.
That is all.
Psssst. Hey, Aaron. All words are made up, dude.

August 08 2011 at 2:28 PM Report abuse Permalink +1 rate up rate down ReplyProject: Rooftop + cosplay = this needs to be its own blog.
August 08 2011 at 11:34 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyProject: Rooftop does a cosplay special every Halloween, and we'll often run cosplay redesigns when they're submitted. But it's a blog specifically for redesigns of superhero costumes; so fashion that's just superhero-inspired tends to fall somewhat outside the scope.
