The Final CGI 'Green Lantern' Movie Costume Photos Are Here

This was an AWESOME movie. The message behind it is very powerful. Fear can paralyze anyone if not faced. The will power to do what you know is right is stronger than fear itself. We can only create when fear has been defeated, until then we live in a dark world.

Whoa! I almost cared for a second.

I think it's actually an interesting idea, considering that the ring would need to make costumes for all sorts of different creatures. Green and black spandex actually doesn't make much sense considering the galactic nature of the character.

Ok, so the feet are a bit weird, but not a deal-breaker. But the mask still looks like amateur-hour Photoshop. That's been the single most glaring flaw since the initial reveal. God damn it, WB.

There are just a lot of... uncomfortable things about this. And it's even weirder seeing it in motion. I guess it's probably how people NOT attracted to Rebecca Romijn felt while watching X-Men and X2. You're pretty much looking at a naked dude in bodypaint. Which can get... strange if it's the main character.

I think elements like the mask and the feet really mess me up too. Just doesn't seem like a good idea to be barefoot, even if you're probably protected by space science.

So I'm the only one then that thinks the feet are neat?

I think the problem with the mask is that it doesn't fit the design of the rest of the costume. The green in the costume is all ripped with muscle lines, but the mask is just flat on his face ... it looks out of place. If the rest of the costume is riddled with lines, the mask should have some better defining characteristics.

Oh jeebus, what's up with his feet? Were they always gonna look like that or is that a new change?
The darker colors are a nice touch though. Give him some cg boots and I'll be satisfied.

So we have a clearer definition between the green and black parts and a less-fadey neckline. Any other differences?
