Marvel's interconnected movie continuity has provided for a lot of cameos/guest appearances in Iron Man 1 and 2, The Incredible Hulk and now the upcoming Captain America: The First Avenger and Thor. While such cameos were originally treated as surprises, given the clear march toward 2012's Avengers film, it looks like the latest potential cameo has been cleared for good ol' promotional footage at IGN. Hit the jump to see just which Marvel star may be sighted in the latest clip from Thor. Spoiler warning, y'all.

In a seemingly simple clip entitled "You're Big," an Earthbound Thor takes on S.H.I.E.L.D. forces as he attempts to break free from their very plastic compound. While tussling with a particularly impressive mortal, the camera cuts to a suspension bow toting agent decked in black tactical gear of some sort dangling around in a box above. Yep, Hawkeye's in the house.


Hawkeye's cameo was confirmed at CinemaCon last month, so this isn't necessarily a huge surprise. Still, it's nice to see Clint Barton (as played by Jeremy Renner) making the rounds in the Marvel movieverse so soon. Let's hope he's got more of a presence in the full Thor movie on May 6.
