One of DC Comics' most celebrated animation architects is bringing his all-star status to an equally all-star project. Dwayne McDuffie, writer for "Teen Titans" and writer/producer of "Justice League," "Justice League Unlimited," "Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths" and more has revealed his next project to be appropriately superheroic.

From McDuffie's blog:
"...Warner Home Video revealed the title of my next project, so I can finally talk about it. It's a feature-length animated adaptation of one of the greatest stories in comic book history. And it will be out next spring: Morrison and Quitely's 'All Star Superman.'"


Personally, I think Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment would be hard pressed to find a candidate more qualified than McDuffie to presumably helm an "All Star" adaptation. McDuffie doesn't spell out his exact title on the project, but it's somewhat safe to assume he'll at least be either writing, producing, story editing or a combination of the three. Whatever the case, it's very nice to know "All Star Superman" is in the works.
