i honestly thought that was turbo teen with modok. that's a better match, and still fits within the category of jack kirby creations.

YAY! I can no longer hate on the lack of pricing! I can totally see this as the fourth issue that started as M.O.D.O.K. Western Tales#1 switched over to M.O.D.O.K. Crime Stories for issues 2 and 3 and in a desperate attempt to placate the Werthamites decided to do this issue.
