It's funny that the group most opposed to "political correctness run amok", the conservatives, are always the ones quickest to run their cry-holes when they get criticized.

And to the guy who said Mad never parodied Democrats: you have obviously never read an issue of Mad from the Clinton era.

Funny that the only bad people are always conservatives and leberals are holy saints, not true at all, this artical is another artical with no substance trying to make dumb people go along with their ideas.

This is why things don't get done in Washington and when they do get something done, not everyone is going to like the product.
The truth is in 2010 and again in 2012, the voters can chime in on how they like the results.
That is why the Republican's got beat and it could do the same damage to the Democrats in the next three years.
If there were a true meeting of the minds, we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.
The problem is, if the two sides start getting along, "We the People", better run for the hills.

Perhaps they should try for the trifecta of goofiness or political losers...like the three stooges of Pelosi, Reid, and Oboneheader (with all due apologies to The Three Stooges of slap stick comedy). The three leaders of the American Socialist Democratic Party who are all hell bent on satanically destroying this countries' source...this once proud great freedom loving country of personal responsibility. It is such a travesty what is now happening to a once free society of personally responsible people. Arrogance has come to the people who have abused their power for self serving projects or cronies. We need at least one area in Congress that is controlled by an opposing party. We cannot wait until November 2010.

Strident has nothing to do with why Conservatives fear Nancy Pelosi...nor does the claim that she is a woman. (I would contend that she is a female, but not a woman...if you can figure that one out!) It is the fact that she is a flaming ultra-Leftist Liberal in a position of power. You see, it is NOT Conservatives that try to divide everyone into groups, promise each group something to leverage their vote and then proceed to screw the whole country. That's Liberals. With Conservatives, as long as you believe in morality, liberty, personal responsibility, Democracy and Capitalism, you are accepted as an individual, regardless of you color, gender or ethnicity. My only caveats are: 1)if you are Gay, don't try to take away the meaning of marriage from those of us who are not. (I don't care if you get a nationally recognized civil union passed that gives you ALL the rights of married couples...just don't tear down marriage more than it already has been by heteros with no regard for their vows.) and 2)don't try to tear down my traditions and culture to suit small minorities who can't seem to stand the idea that a Christian enjoy Christmas is public want to fly the American Flag at their house.
