Well I think it's more for Bruce Banner than for the Hulk... I mean when he de-hulks, he's always like pretty much half naked.

I never did quite understand why Bruce never said 'y'know what f--k it, I'm tired of being puny. I'm gonna take Charles Atlas's course..." LOL

I mean they did do a couple issues in She-Hulk's latest series where Jen realized that if she was stronger as Jen Walters, she was even stronger as She-Hulk.
