As the comics community continues to mourn the loss of Joe Kubert and the recent passing of Jean Giraud, a.k.a Moebius, a video from the early 1970s has surfaced, showing the two legends in a studio drawing together. Joined by Neal Adams, the three artists appear on the French show Tac au Tac in 1972, and take turns approaching a large canvas and drawing, discussing art, and admiring the talent of their peers.
We've spotlighted Tac au Tac's awesome videos in the past, but this session is a smaller gathering and, in light of Kubert's passing, we felt it appropriate to once again showcase the seemingly effortless brilliance of these artists, who spent decades creating the stories that endure in the hearts and minds of fans around the world.
ComicsAlliance is where comic books and pop culture collide, superheroes battle through movies and video games, and graphic novels steal the headlines.
