What happened to Whilce Portacio? That barely even looks like his work. I know he had a lot of personal problems in the past but his art was always incredible!

July 05 2012 at 9:29 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyWorst art ever. Incidentally, I'm very excited for these releases. MvSF would be great, but I'm just happy that MvC will finally be playable at home without a Dreamcast. I've always liked it better than MvC2.

Dude, that's not even the worst art ever to feature Mega Man.
Is that really by Whilce? I mean, that is a truly terrible piece of work. I might even call it ... "Wetwork"?

July 05 2012 at 7:49 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyThe perspective in that last image is giving me a headache...
July 05 2012 at 6:34 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyBit disappointed this doesn't include MSH vs. SF too (which was my favorite of the Vs. games) but I'll take any alternative I can get from MvC3.
Although who in God's name thought that cover was a good idea? Hell if you wanted a '90s artist (for a '90s game) someone like Bachalo is RIGHT THERE.
