When people always do it for laughs I think it reinforces the social brainwashing that women's bodies are for visual consumption but the idea of objectifying a man in the same way is ludicrous so it must be humorous. I'd love to see a really fit guy in a wonder woman inspired costume with the speedo and a flat, flattering bustier, way more subversive.

The second guy is clearly specifically Wonder Warrior, the male version of Wondy from an Imaginary Story where Batman and Superman have to contend with the Justice League from a "everyone is genderswapped" universe.
