I live in Pittsburgh, and the filming PSAs for TDKR are HILARIOUS.
"On these dates, we will be filming for 'Magnus Rex', WHICH IS TOTALLY NOT BATMAN AT ALL. It is a kid-friendly movie about a nearsighted dinosaur. Totally.
Also there will be gunfire and explosions. Lots of them.
At first it would appear that the Tumbler is back in TDKR, but there could be a flashback scene -- perhaps the opening scene takes place prior to TDK, where Batman captures a bunch of thugs, which include Bane. This way, they could bring back the beloved Tumbler for one more big action scene, without backpedaling on it having been destroyed in TDK.
