Parting Shot: The International 'X-Men: First Class' Movie Poster

I think that given the director and the more down to earth tone that has been hinted at by the trailer; this film could be a great, retro character piece following the intense relationship of Xavier and Erik amidst a cast of inexperienced blue-acned teens.
However, the fact that this is the film that is meant to recover audience faith after x3 (not starring Vin Diesel) and X-men Oranges: Wolverine - I just don't understand why Fox are messing up the marketing so badly.

All the posters have been embarrassingly bad Photoshop failures. Leading me to believe that either this film is being rushed out early and the filming schedule is so intense that the cast have no time to stand still for some promotional photo sessions, or that for some strange reason someone in marketing wants this film to fail.

Why is everyone's head huge and in odd angles? And is that Kevin Bacon or Will Ferrell? This fugly poster looks like it was done in Photoshop: First Class.

I like how they've captured the styles and fashions of the 1960s so accurately.....oh, WAIT.

Yea... this looks very unprofessional like something I'd have seen in one of my community college Photoshop classes :/

Like everything else about this movie, this poster looks basic and like a bad idea that should never have made it past the brainstorm session
