If there's one thing I'm looking forward to beyond this summer's trifecta of "Scott Pilgrim's Finest Hour," "Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World" and "Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World: The Game," it's chiptune rockers Anamanaguchi's forthcoming soundtrack to said SPvtW game. Acting as something of the band's unofficial third release, I heartily assumed it'd fill the hole in my soul that's come from waiting for a followup to the band's full-length "Dawn Metropolis." Now, thanks to SP creator Bryan Lee O'Malley's timely teaser of a new track, my assumption is confirmed.

Over at O'Malley's blog, fans can stream Anamanaguchi's "Another Winter," the track running behind World 1-1 of the upcoming beat-'em-up. As the title suggests, the level comes stocked with snow. Fortunately this jam is upbeat and inspiring - unlike some other snow levels from arcade games past (I'm looking at you, level four of TMNT II: The Arcade Game).
